好きなつけ麵屋さんのひとつ、つけめんTETSUですが、たまには夕食に中華そばをいただこうと思い、立ち寄って気がついたこのメニュー。
期間限定っぽかったので、せっかくなので、と食べてみたのですが・・・。
見た目は背脂もチャーシューもボリューミーに感じられ満足感が高そうな予感。
うつわにナミナミに入ってそうなスープと浮かぶ背脂の期待値はあがります！
まずスープを頂いてみます。
煮干し感のあるスープ、普通に美味しいですね。
麵にもしっかり絡んでいると思います。
しかし、気になったのは玉ねぎの生臭さと、スープが飽きるという点です。
玉ねぎは生で入っているの別にキライじゃないんですよ。むしろ好きなぐらいなのですが、生臭さが目立ったのが残念でした。
そして、スープは途中で飽きてしまう件。
途中でコショウなど加えたりしたのですが、納得のいく味に変えていくことが出来ず、完食したものの残念さが残りました。大盛というオプションもあったものの、大盛だと残していたでしょう。
辛味噌を加えれば良かったとかあとで思ったのですが、ベースとなる商品で魅力を感じなければ、それもやはり残念な結果になったかもしれません。
今月末までやっているようなので、試して見たい方はお店に足を運んでみてください。
